Vascular Surgeon and Endovascular Specialist
Dr. Matthew Namanny, who is originally from Iowa, received his medical degree from Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa. He completed his surgical residency through Michigan State University at Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan, followed by a vascular and endovascular fellowship also at Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center. He completed another fellowship with emphasis on the latest endovascular interventions at the Arizona Heart Institute in Phoenix, Arizona.
Dr. Namanny is board certified in general surgery and vascular surgery. He has been on the clinical teaching staff at Michigan State College of Osteopathic Medicine as well as at A. T. Still Osteopathic Medical School and Midwestern University Osteopathic Medical School. He is a member of the International Society of Endovascular Specialists, American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, Society for Vascular Medicine, and the Edward B. Deitrich Vascular Surgery Society. He specializes in the treatment of all aspects of vascular disease, with special interest in minimally invasive endovascular therapies. He has been a partner at Saguaro Surgical since 2009 and is co-founder of Arizona Vascular Specialists.
